Room in beautiful townhouse available

I have one bedroom available in a 3 bed 3 bath townhouse a couple miles away from campus available March 1. The bedroom is $850/month. Rent includes all utilities and WiFi, and the house is furnished and outfitted with appliances and a washer and drier. There is a back patio that opens up into a spacious common grassy area. The room available is upstairs. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate (male) who is quiet and keeps the space neat and clean.
