Private Suite Available in May 2024

I have a private nanny suite available in May in a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. Nanny suite located over the garage. Aside from the master bedroom, it's the biggest room in the house, with a lot of privacy. The room includes a private bathroom. Access to the storage attic is there as well (the attic is community for storage). You have an open closet (not walk-in).

There is also another room in the house available at $900 a month. Only reason for the price difference is it is a smaller room with no private bathroom (but a built in closet). This room is right next to the downstairs bathroom, which is all yours, but open to guests should we have them.

The community is brand new with the house being complete in 2020. There is a community pool which is quite nice. We are "maybe" 5 minutes from downtown, and a 15-20 minute straight shot to WB (depending on traffic), and 35 minutes to Carolina Beach.

General responsibilities will include cleaning the common and shared areas. Washer and Dryer included as well as a dishwasher, outdoor grill/patio, screened in porch with seating and a ping pong table...the deck also includes an outdoor shower!

Would prefer to have a young working professional between the ages of 25 and 35. Open to Male or Female. Non-smokers, but friendly. Looking for someone I can vibe well with, but is also comfortable on their own.

Couples are welcome, but the rate will be treated as $2000 flat, as I would not take on a fourth housemate.

I do have an office/guest room. I'm open to short term overnight guests, upon disclosure with me.
