Room available in spacious house with bonus room

Me (female) and my roomate (male) are easy going, work a lot, keep the place clean, and are respectful and are seeking someone who who fits that vibe, our roomate Nick is moving out to live with his gf so we are needing to fill the space quickly by May 1st.

I have 2 sweet well behaved dogs and 1 small cat, so we aren’t looking to add anymore dogs but would consider someone who has a cat since my cat has lived with cats before. There is a $75 application fee and a $300 signing fee when you get approved and added to the lease, but the deposit is already taken care of!

We live right next to a community/neighborhood pool that only costs $3 a day to go to during the summer! We also have a beautiful walking path around the neighborhood. Our house is backed up to some water where you can actually feed the turtles and we have a back and side porch. The room that is available is spacious and has vaulted ceilings.
