Looking for 3 roommates!

We are renting the rooms in our house. We are located about 15-20 minutes from base, right off of gum branch and across from Walmart neighborhood market. At the heart of western blvd, close to every restaurant, store, pharmacies, and grocery.

There are three rooms available:
Master bedroom A - has a private bathroom

Bedroom B - same size as master bedroom, shared bathroom.

Bedroom C - smallest room, shared bathroom.

No limitations of any kind to any of the amenities listed below. We are very laid back and welcome guests that you may have. We ask that everyone is respectful and fair.

There is a $300 security deposit, and first months rent is due when lease is signed. DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE when you move out. We do ask for at least a 2 week notice before you do. Aside from cleanliness, those are our only other requirements. For any other questions, inbox me.
