My roommate and I are looking for another girl to take over the master bedroom. The neighborhood is located 5 minutes away from Matthews and it is a very nice neighborhood that is truly like its own little village, it has a couple restaurants, parks, a couple pools, some ball courts, and a vet clinic. The commute to Charlotte is only about 30 minutes, it is not bad at all. We're looking for someone who is lgbtq+ friendly, a non smoker, no parties in the house, and no extra pets as we already have a dog and a cat, both are well loved and taken care of. Rent is $800 a month, utilities are separate and there is a one-time security deposit of $800 as well. We are needing to make a decision ASAP.
