I am looking for a Female Christian roommate 35 or over. I am a single Christian Mom with a sweet 13 year old son. I am open to another single Mom with one son who wants to share my 1800 sf rental house. If you are single Mom with a son, for the two of you, monthly rent would be 875.
The home is in The Villages of Wesley Chapel. There is a neighborhood pool. My home has a screened porch and a patio outside of the screened porch. The back yard is fenced and has a small garden. We have a gas grill. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer to be shared. Roommate will have their own bathroom.
I am also open to moving in the direction of Matthews (but still Union County) to share rent of a different house.
