Looking for another Roomie!

Hello! I have a house that I’m renting 1 room for $900/month with a $200 security deposit. I ask for the first and last months of rent at first (so your first month would be $2000 but your last month would be $0 and I would return the $200 security deposit if there are no damages.) I live with another roommate and we both have our own rooms and he is actually my friend so we currently share my bathroom, meaning the one attached to your room would be only your’s. That would change if we had another roommate/my friend moved out. I have a contract written up for anywhere between 3-6 months. Let me know if you’re interested! We both have fulltime jobs, I am also working on some college classes.
The neighborhood is very nice, very close to food, grocery, and shopping.
