Looking for a roommate

Looking for a neat, professional, roommate to share a beautiful luxury apartment at Meridian at Broad Street in Fuquay. The rent is $880 per month and all other utilities & fees will be split evenly. The complex includes many amenities including a pool, workout facilities and much more. The apartment has second level access with a private porch. I am providing the living room furniture and kitchen table and some kitchen items and you will provide you own bedroom furniture, and you’ll have your own bathroom. The complex requires background checks and at least 1 year of employment history. Looking for a male around 30 with M-F day-time work schedule preferred.
