We are looking to rent out two rooms in our nice home from July 25th, perfect for a student looking for a room for the fall semester - Wake Tech Southern campus is only 15 minutes away, and NC State is about 20!
The lease will be up January 10th, and depending on how well everyone in the house gets along, the roommates in the house currently may or may not stay, and at that point whoever moves in in August can decide to renew the lease or leave as well.
5 adults have been living in the house comfortably (2 couples +1) but three of us are looking to move out in order to be closer to work. Looking for someone clean, reliable, and doesn't mind animals to replace us - there are a couple of animals in the house already (a large dog and two cats)that will stay and be in the house when you move in! Bonus points for being a nerdy dnd player - we love those here :) I'm still working on getting good pictures of the rooms, but please reach out if you have any questions or if you're interested.
