Need help with rent on 2 bedroom apartment

The room is large and has its own bathroom attached to it. You have full access to the apartment and your own refrigerator to use. Washer and dryer is included and parking in front of the apartment is available. Apartment also has a screened in porch off the kitchen. You can bring in furniture if you want to. Spare room doesn’t have a bed so you’ll need a bed. I have 2 cats that are very friendly. Email me for more information if you have questions.
