Spacious, bright furnished guest bedroom in a large four bedroom house. Looking for a quiet, friendly working professional person. Please note: If you are a "night owl", or if your life style requires you to come and go at night between 11pm and 5am, please pass me by. Peace and quiet very important to me. No overnight visitors allowed. I (owner) am extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke therefore no smoking is allowed inside or outside property! I work from home Monday to Friday.

Weekly rental available for $375

House is close to the I-540 and a 20 minute drive to downtown Raleigh. 15 minute drive to North Hills and Crabtree, and a 10 minute drive to Heritage. Walking trail is within a mile.
