Looking for one roommate!

Hello everyone! Looking for one roommate to move in a townhouse with two bedrooms, two bath units- New paint, and flooring - all electric appliances- 2 parking spaces. I work a full-time job and currently finishing up my studies at NC State (Full-time as well). I am a quiet roommate and I keep my place clean. Preferably looking for someone who does not have any pets or children. The neighborhood has plenty of amenities and is less than a 15 min ride to downtown Raleigh. $900/month including utilities and WiFi. Before moving in you will need first month's rent of $900 (or prorated) and $200 deposit. Available now but move in after the approval process is complete. Send me a message if you are interested.
