This listing includes, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a semi private living room. There Is also a back patio with an enclosed sitting area, grill and a private entrance to the basement in the back. We also have a fully furnished kitchen, large washer and dryer which is also located in the basement. The basement living room Is fully furnished with a day bed, coffee table, a tv, and a mini fridge.

Me and my roommate both work full time and are relaxed with most people, we like to watch tv and relax on our days off along with baking. We currently have 2 dogs that are large breeds, they are friendly and get along well with people. I am looking for someone that is reliable with paying rent, and is pretty easy going. We tend to be quiet on the weekdays since we get up early for work but don't mind noise.
