$725 Room in Raleigh

My name is Jonathan. I'm 31 years old and and I'm looking to 2 roommates in a 4 bedroom 2.5 house. The house is only 3 years old and in a nice neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants, and only 10 mins from downtown. Rent is $725 for each room. .Utilities are split per month amongst roommates. Estimated between $50-$100 including internet, electricity, and water. 1 year lease would be required. Deposit is equal to rent. Currently it's me and my other roommate who is a female. We are both very tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with.
