Looking for older female room mate who may need an affordable place to stay.

Part of the reason for the low rent is that I need a female room mate to give some level of companionship to my elderly mother while I’m at work.

She does NOT need personal care like a medical aid might provide. Rather, she just needs some company while she is here and the occasional, mundane help to, say, move a chair, get a cup of coffee, etc.

I do NOT expect a room mate to clean anything (other than her own stuff and area).

I can buy all the food (your choices included, of course). Your only expense is the listed monthly rent and your presence in the home with some level of attentiveness to my mother when I’m not there.

This room is ideal for the middle age or older female who, for economic reasons, may not be able to live well on her own. Obviously, if you’re employed as well, this is likely is not a good fit for you or I.
