Has multiple common spaces, including the basement. Has central heating/AC, on-site washer and dryer, and extra storage room. Located in quiet circle and neighborhood as well as across the street from L-Street Marketplace. Neighborhood located right next to I-80 and I-680 ramps.

I’m an introvert who’s pretty easy-going. I tend to be a homebody, but I keep to myself most of the time. I’m very clean and organized and my favorite past times are watching TV, listening to music and sewing. My job has me on the evening shift, so I do get home and stay up a little late. I don't have any kids, don't smoke, and not a party person. I currently have one elderly cat.
