I currently work as a developer for a tech company here in Omaha, and for the last 10 months I have been living in a single bedroom apartment in north west Omaha (near 156th and Ida street). My lease is ending in July & I am looking to downsize to a 2 bedroom flat as I am not using much of the extra space I have currently available. I've been casually apartment hunting for a while now and have checked out several places but have finally found one that checks all my boxes personally in terms of cost, quality, reliability and longevity, which brings me to the requirement that the minimum length of stay for the contract for a good cost is 12 months.
