Roommate Needed - House in North Lincoln

Looking for a female roommate for a four bedroom, two bath house in the Autumn Wood neighborhood in northern Lincoln, just off of 27th Street. The house has a two car garage and plenty of parking along the street.

The house is furnished. Includes washer, dryer, fridge and freezer, deep freezer, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, air fryers, Keurig coffee maker, and all kitchen utensils. Common spaces of the house include the kitchen, living room, and basement living room and bar. The house also includes a fenced in yard and patio.

The three roommates staying are recently graduated college students and work full-time. They are clean, and the house is typically fairly quiet and suitable for studying or working, as well as having friends or family over to visit.

No pets, no smoking. Rent due at the first of the month. Utilities are not included in rent, are paid monthly and split evenly between the roommates. Household chores like cleaning the common spaces, mowing, shoveling snow, taking out the trashes, etc. are shared.
