Located right off S. Coddington, next to Roper Elementary. This townhouse has convenient access to Hwy 77 and I-80 and is located less than 10 minutes from UNL. A bus stop is also located about a five minute walk away, and there is convenient access to bike trails and Pioneer’s Park.

Looking for a m/f roommate who is responsible, willing to maintain a clean area, and not too loud. You would have your own room and access to the shared spaces pictured. The house has washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heating/air, and off-street parking. No smoking and no pets.
