Looking for a roommate for my 2nd bedroom

Room for rent! Shared bathroom, living room , kitchen, and patio. Looking for a quiet, non-partying type. I have a small dog. No pets per condo laws., sorry! Unpaved road and lot. This is a quiet condo complex. 4x4 needed in the winter. The complex is up a big hill. No smoking (of anything), you can go outside away from the house, no drugs, cleanup after yourself. Washer and dryer use included in rent. Your room has twin beds, closet with bureau inside., a t. v, and is on the 2nd floor. If you have your own bed, we can arrange that. Storage space in attic.
