Roommate needed asap june 2nd

Room not available till june 1 or 2nd need roommate asap running out of time… 😔 Rent of 850 and bills for the month of june will be given to you upon move in rent due plus bills on that day. Looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom apartment I have one room you will have your own that’s private shared kitchen common area and bathroom I am a clean quiet person utilities are not included in the rent but are not bad monthly rent is $850 a month due on the 3rd you’ll have to buy your own toiletries and you’ll have some of the cabinets that we share, where you can put your food and have half the freezer and half the refrigerators yours as well for storage there’s parking on the premises we are responsible to take our trash out to the curb we have our own barrel on Fridays. there’s on site laundry in the basement that is also included in the rent it is not coin up it is free to use to the tenants only, snow removal and a big porch we can chill on. looking for respectable quiet person friendly communication is very important cleaning of the common areas is a mutual chore basically you make a mess you clean it up right away I have pots and pans and dishes and cups that you can use as well. I’m very easy going and I hope to find somebody that matches these descriptions I have left and is okay with the living arrangements because they’re pretty easy going as well not asking for much serious inquiries only I really look forward to speaking with you😊

I’m a friendly kind person easy to work with definitely communication I feel is very important especially amongst roommates I’m very clean quiet and that is what I’m searching for as well the other tenants that live on the property including the ones downstairs are also quiet clean friendly and have been here many years I’ve been here the longest just really need someone who’s a lot like I am I respect people’s privacy and property and I’m looking for the same I don’t mind conversation at all it doesn’t have to be that way but just throwing it out there serious inquiries only please and I need to find somebody as soon as possible can’t wait to meet you.
