Roommate that is like having your own place

Did I mention utilities are included? Yes they are. You will have the apt to yourself most of the time. I am a professional that travels, so will be at home sometimes. It's a 2 bedroom with the rest of the space shared. Looking for a respectful person that cleans up after themselves and keep the place looking great. Thanks.
