Room for Rent

I’m 28, looking for a roommate my age to rent a room on the second floor of my home. I am looking for someone who is clean, organized and will respect the space in the home. I am looking for someone who will keep the bathrooms, kitchen, and common living space clean and orderly for everyone in the home. There are no pets or smoking allowed in the home.

The house was recently renovated with all new electric, plumbing and fixtures. The home has three bedrooms on the second floor with a floor area of 165’(15’x11’). The rooms have 10’ ceilings, a ton of natural light and walk-in closets with motion lighting. There is a shared bath between the bedrooms as well. The first floor has a living room, kitchen and half bath. The kitchen is fully outfitted with supplies and utensils for cooking. The laundry machines are located in the basement where I have my bedroom, office and bathroom. The backyard contains a patio, gas fire pit and a two car garage. There is outside parking in the driveway, no overnight parking in the street.

The home is less than a quarter mile from the center of town. Within a one mile radius there is a Whole Foods, Stop and Shop, Target, Starbucks, Dunkin, Chipotle, Pizza, Bare Burger, movie theater, Korean Barbecue , ice cream, Wally’s Bagels, CVS and more.
