One bedroom in nice town

This is a two-bedroom apartment in the heart of a lovely town. There will be one roommate with a dog, so you must be pet friendly. I am the son of your potential roommate. I am moving out, and my mother needs someone to help cover the cost I provided while living there. She is a clean, responsible woman who will respect your personal space. She expects the same. She loves spending time with her dog (a miniature golden doodle). He’s friendly with people but isn’t interested in playing with other dogs very much. Pets will be considered if both our pets meet and get along or at least respect each other's personal space. My mother prefers a mature woman as a roommate.
Someone closer to her age would be great but not a necessity. She's looking for someone responsible and clean like herself. She doesn’t mind becoming close friends if that’s what you’re interested in but also understands some people want to be left alone and keep socializing to a minimum. Couples will be considered with additional rent. (Understand the apartment is meant for two people). She is looking for a long-term roommate, so at least a year would be required. She works late, so if you’re someone who works early, you’ll have the place to yourself most of the time, except for her furry friend. It is a shared living space, bathroom, and kitchen, but as I stated before, my mother works late, so you’ll usually have it to yourself. The room is unfurnished. It has plenty of closet space.
