Hi! I am single dad with a young teenage daughter looking for a responsible female roommate for a 3 bedroom apartment in Edgewater, NJ. I have an unfurnished room with nice spacious closet with built in shelves (168 sq. ft.) that is available.

Your part of the rent would be $1,100.00 Utilities and cable/wifi included.

NJ Transit bus to NY Port Authority (30 mins to NY) stops on street corner. Also 5 min drive to GWB or 10 mins by bus. Parking spot is available as well to you.
Walking distance to Palisades Interstate Park.

Shops nearby: Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Mitwsuwa Marketplace and 5 min drive away from downtown Fort Lee.
One and half month security deposit and prefer someone who will stay 6 months or longer. I need to have someone who is responsible person (either a professional or student) and can make sure they do their part in cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom and taking out their garbage/recycling. Apart from that, I am looking for a person who has an easy-going, friendly attitude.
