Im a female Professional who has an available furnished bedroom available in a beautiful cozy two bedroom townhome to share with another female professional in Englewood after April 15th for the summer and fall season. The room is equipped with a full size bed, smart tv, dresser, desk and it’s own small private bathroom and closet. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit. The bedroom is upstairs on the second level. The living room and kitchen are downstairs.

The property has a very nice courtyard with picnic tables and lounge chairs, a 24 hour gym and swimming pool open during the summer season.. There is limited free parking available on the street. Reserved parking space is available for an additional $75 per month. This is a non-smoking community. The. location and community is quiet and perfect for traveling healthcare professionals who plan to work in Bergen county. There are many hospitals and lab clinics close by and is close to tons of stores, restaurants and bars with easy access to route 4 and the Paramus shopping district and downtown Englewood. It’s also a quick Uber ride to bars, lounges and restaurants in Edgewater and Hoboken. The current occupant of the room is studying abroad so this is a rental that is only available until December 15th. I’m the only full time resident and there are no pets in the home. .
