Room to Share

I have 1 room to rent in my apartment in Garfield it is a good location the bus to the city or NCY stops at the corner, NJ rail road station is 15 mints walk to train that can take you right to NYC.. . It?s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. The room is unfurnished, the Cable tv and wifi it is not included in the rent. Other utilities are included. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I?m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not to noisy, no drama. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me. Thanks.?
