Luxury Brand New Building/24 hr concierge/security. Full amenities including pool, gym, grilling, business center, bowling, club room, etc. I am a single female , a former house designer, who is beyond meticulously clean about my space. Warm and kind, love to socialize but know my place, independent yet enjoy the company of others, love to workout and stay physically active. The building has indoor garage parking with security. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool with it's own patio able to not only swim at night but watch the water glisten as it is lit up. I am quiet and respectful and looking for a great roommate who is responsible , very clean, and respectful to both the space and person around them. You will have your own bedroom and bath. Massive closet space and washer/dryer. The apartment is beautifully appointed with 9 foot ceilings and lots of window light.
