One room w/separate bathroom and private entrance

I'm looking preferably for a female roommate to help defer my costs. The rent includes internet, private entrance, washer and dryer, use of yard. Plenty of parking on the street, safe neighborhood. 5 minute walk to buses to NYC. Five minute drive to Meridian Hackensack Hospital. I am friendly, easy to get along with, very clean and organized, and I look for the same in a roommate. I am considerate of other's personal space and would expect the same from you. I have a small, very friendly dog, I like to relax at night when I get back home from work and look for a nice quite atmosphere. I don't smoke and look for a non-smoking professional female.
