Move in ready, furnished, carpeted bedroom rental on 2nd floor in a private home (same front door entrance but you will have a separate key to the bedroom). Includes bed, desk, dresser, closet, and refrigerator. 2nd floor bathroom to be shared with 2 other women. Laundry in basement allowed once a week. Cooking is allowed but prefer not often. No pets and no smoking in the house.
