Apartment is located in Ridgewood, NJ, easy walking distance to Ridgewood train station or bus station, great for commuting into NYC. Apartment is 2nd floor of a 2 family home. Daughters have moved out, so plenty of space, apartment is fully furnished from top to bottom and was recently renovated. Private bedroom (16' x 13') available with a large deep double closet. Bedroom comes with queen size bed and 2 small dressers, plenty of space to add more furniture in bedroom. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and has all anyone could need for cooking, washer and dryer on site located in basement. Apartment has 1 shared bathroom. Private parking available for 1 car in back driveway. Apartment has central air/heat. Looking to split rent, so your share is $1400, this includes water, sewer, trash. Electric and gas are separate, we would split. I'm over the party scene, my lifestyle is chill and quiet, so in theory, looking for same in roommate. Preference is for long term lease, 12 months or longer.
