Modern Apartment in Rutherford, NJ

It is a very spacious apartment in apartment building that is only a few years old so everything is quite modern. The apartment has everything you would need with central air, a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. You would be moving into the bigger of the 2 bedrooms in the apartment. There are 1.5 bathrooms so we each have our own bathroom (just share the shower). I have lived in this apartment for 2 years love everything about it and would love to stay. It's a 5 minute walk to either a bus stop or the train for an easy commute to Manhattan, Secaucus, or Newark.
