3 b 2.5 br Townhouse available for rent now! :)

I’m looking for someone to rent a room in my apartment, as my current roommates are moving out! Move in date is July 1st at the latest, rent is $1050 not including utilities.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in Mount Laurel. You’ll be living with 1 female/1 male and 2 cats so we’re not looking to add any more pets to the mix. Casey and I are 23 and 25, and we both work odd hours so we may not be home much.

There is an updated kitchen with a dishwasher, a half bath on the first floor for guests, and a shared bathroom and a washer and dryer on the second floor. We have no male or female preference, so let me know if you’re interested!
