Riverline is walking distance away from my house making it convenient to head towards Trenton or towards the Walter rand to up on the Patco train to head to philly. Close to shoprite, wawa and restaurants. Only 10 minute drive to Moorestown mall or cherry hill mall. Great location, and only minutes from the river.

Private room to rent with your own private bathroom down the hall. Separate entrance to the home as well. Access to shared living space of the family room dining room kitchen and laundry space. Access to the porch and backyard. Space in the driveway to park as well.

I?m looking for a room mate that is respectful and responsible. Someone who cleans up after themselves and would not leave the main floor a mess. I am a morning person and work all different hours. Some days I work from home. I am outgoing and easy to get along.

No parties or events. I do not mind guest staying overnight once in a while (not everyday).
