Room for rent

I am a 46 year old professional woman in search of a long term roommate. I reside in a clean, quiet, smoke free, drug free, pet free home in Willingboro, NJ. My ideal roommate would be a down to earth, clean, professional single woman( no couples), non smoker, no drug use and no drama. The rent is 700 dollars a month which includes all utilities, a large bedroom and a hallway bathroom for use. Proof of income is required, back ground checks will be conducted. 1st months rent and 1 month security deposit needed to move in.
You must be able to meet in person. No across country nor out of country arrangements will be entertained.
