This room will give you the perfect opportunity to focus, relax, and grow!
Hardwood Floor Room with a nice sized closet!
The room will be furnished with the below items…
* Full-Size Bed on a platform
* Desk
* Dresser
* TV (with unlimited channels)
* Laundry Bag
There is 1 main shared bathroom, however, there is a half bathroom downstairs for times the main bathroom may be occupied.
Rent includes all utilities! (Water, Electric, and Wifi)
There is no laundry access on the property, but a few laundromat options are nearby! Because of this inconvenience, we will provide you a monthly $25 cash credit to a laundry card at our local laundromat!
House Rules (This will be discussed more in-depth during the house showing)
Below are a few main House Rules that will be implemented.
* No guests
* No Pets
* Quiet Hours 11 pm - 8 am
* Cleaning up after oneself (Dishes, Trash & room cleaning)
* Respect one another, and treat one another the same way we’d all like to be treated.
We are a productive household. I work 2 jobs and currently am going to school.
My partner is going to school for real estate and is a full-time mother.
We’d prefer someone who is a professional, and above all else reliable. No Drama as we want to ensure that the space is not only productive for us, but for you as well!
To move in what will be needed is below…
* Completed Pre-application; There is an application fee of $38 (not from me this is from the servicer)
Included in the Application are the below
* Background Check / Credit Report
* Most Recent PayStubs
* Driver License
If everything clears after the Application, a showing will be made, and if you wish to proceed the final steps below must be followed.
* Setting up Autopay for a monthly $850 rental payment.
(if not willing to set up Autopay to ensure monthly payments are made we will unfortunately not be able to proceed with the process)
* a security deposit of $850

After a successful application, we will speak with you in regard to a showing of the property!
We will be picking someone within the range of February 1st - February 15th!
