This is a large, furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment on the 5th floor. Your room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a desk, a set of dressers, and a mounted TV. You would have private access to a full bath.
Large living room and dining room and a newly renovated kitchen with a washer/dryer.
The building is pretty quiet and has a gym, a movie theater, and a pool open in the summer. It is a security building with a door person and a key fob system for entry.
I work as a retail sales manager so I have a revolving schedule. I'm pretty quiet if I am home. There is a dog who also lives in the apartment...a black lab named Monica who is a trained service dog but will no doubt want you to pay attention to her.
I'm looking for someone to share the rent, share a meal or two, maybe walk the dog if you can.
