Your half of utilities will never really go above $50 year-round. You get your own room and bathroom plus washer and dryer are in the unit.

295 is right down the street and the Ben Franklin bridge is 12 minutes up the road. Wawa is within walking distance (I walk there all the time). The Route 70 traffic report is as easy as looking out the back patio. Please don?t be weird. I?m weird enough for the both of us lol
