Temporary summer rental/room available in pleasant, quiet shared Cherry Hill home. Female tenant preferred. Possible longer term at $1350 a month one tenant, already in attendance. Street parking. No pets, or hard liquor, guests, or smoking permitted on the premises. Downstairs private, large bedroom with private bath recreation room and laundry, garage space. Three private toilets, includes one shared shower/full bath and kitchen upstairs. You must be vaccinated and have your own mailbax. Longer leases not considered. All refs will be checked, including criminal records. Healthy, emotionally and mentally balanced individuals are welcom to apply. This is a drama free- environment. : )
