Looking for a great tenant

You are paying for for half the house . So you have access to the whole house. Includes 1.5 bathroom. Furnish bedroom. Furnish living room and kitchen. tenant pays half utilities each month. The bedroom includes a tv on the wall. A non security deposit of 1800 dollars. Plus first month rent . Will cost 2700 to move in. It’s a peace and quiet house . You will be available to take a room and access to the whole house . Currently not sure if I will rent both rooms . Right now I’m just look to rent one room and access to the whole house . House is fully furnished
