1 room available for rent starting in January because my other roomate is moving in with her boyfriend. I?ll be using the other room. She is very flexible and if someone wants to move in before then they can. Only utilities that need to be paid are electric and WiFi everything else is covered. Room is unfurnished but everything else is but you can bring whatever you would like. It?s $750 every month. Laundry in apartment as well as parking, guest parking available, patio, and own room. It?s a shared bathroom though. Please no pets or couples.
