Share my spacious townhouse

I live in a quiet wood townhouse community in a nice area of Sicklerville, NJ. I am near lots of shopping.
I have a spacious townhouse, and I am the only occupant, along with my two little loveable Pug sisters.
I am seeking a Senior, non-smoking, female housemate. My housemate would have her own bathroom and living room, not used by me, in addition to her bedroom, of course.
The kitchen would be shared, although I do not use it much. I also have a large deck to share.
I am a friendly, nice lady. I would like to have interaction with my housemate sometimes, however, I also like my privacy and alone time and would absolutely respect the privacy of my housemate.
