Room for Rent/House Share

Room with Kitchen Privileges, Laundry facilities,
common living room, use of the swimming pool,
wi-fi, basic cable if you supply the converter
box.

I am a very easy-going, friendly, retired, and very
active lady. I will respect your privacy and
property and ask the same in return. The house
is large and I live in a separate area of the
house. Only ask that you be responsible and
always pay the rent on time. If you are a smoker I request that you only smoke outside...there is a large, covered porch for that purpose. Also ask that you do not use candles. Thank you.

There will be a monthly rent increase of $25 for
a pet and $300 for a couple.
