Large Room in House with Garden (and a Cat)

Large room in nice house on very quiet block, with great deck. Backyard with vegetables, berries, and flower gardens., mostly surrounded by large trees. Feels quite private. Great grocery store 1/2 mile away. Park nearby. Quick NYC commute via car (30 min.) or bus/train. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom (shared with one person) upstairs. Shared kitchen and living room.. I cook well and am happy to share cooking/food. There is also quite a lot of basement space, with laundry and storage. A Steinway piano is waiting for someone to play it.

Hoping to find someone who appreciates and might help with the garden, and maybe the cat...i teach voice and bar/bat mitzvah students via Zoom, and do a lot of riding at a nearby stable.
