Room for rent in North Caldwell

Room for rent in a single family home. Room size is 13x11 and has a queen bed available for use. Room has a closet with 2 windows for natural light. I have 2 sons (4 and 11) that stay with me part time. The bathroom is on the same level as the room and would be shared when my sons are here. I do have a dog who is friendly but is only here when my kids are here. There is a shared living space with access to the kitchen and deck/yard. There is also a finished basement area and another half bath on the lower level.
