Penthouse, Pool, Gym, Clubhouse

Hello! My name is Jorge, I am Cuban American born and raised in Miami FL. I recently relocated to New Jersey to be with my son who I have two days a week. (Monday and Tuesday usually which is why I prefer a female roommate) . I graduated with my Bachelors in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and currently manage for Hyatt Hotels in Jersey City. I have two small mini schnauzers named Tony & Tina that are super friendly. They are usually pretty quiet once they get to know you and shouldn?t disrupt any sleep. As for my self I like to keep a clean cold good smelling house with no dirty dishes. All utilities are included so you can use up as much water and electricity with no worries about running up the bill apartment is on penthouse floor (floor 20) no bueno if your afraid of heights. I?m a little iffy about living with a stranger but I have no choice since I moved here recently so with that being said I am looking for a professional like myself to live with preferably with some education, clean, responsible, drama free, and is a calm in spirit type of person. If you have a boyfriend that?s your business. I don?t care about occasional sleep overs but I don?t want a 3rd roommate either.. HMU if you have any questions.
