Maplewood Bedroom

Seeking a roommate for a classic Maplewood home. Move in July 1st for 12 month lease. Just a two minute walk to the Maplewood train station, this house is in a prime location! Male and female roommate are looking for a working professional to rent the 2nd bedroom. Would have shared bathroom with female tenant on the same floor. In addition to the bedroom, the tenant would have full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, washer and dryer, and storage space in the basement. Roommate would also have full access to large back deck (with a working grill), backyard, parking space in driveway, and front porch.

As working professionals, we are seeking the same in a roommate. Must be concerned with cleanliness in the home as well as financially responsible. Tenant would have full access to the communal area in the home, including kitchen bathroom. Snow removal is covered in rental, as well as mowing and maintenance costs over $150.

In addition to monthly rent, tenant must share cost of: water, garbage (paid quarterly), internet/tv (fios), PSE&G (gas/electric), and bi-monthly cleaning costs. (All split evenly three ways).

Current tenant is paying $1200 per month.
