The room is approximately 200 sq feet, very Sunny and overlooks our charming downtown Mapelwood village. Very conveniently located to the train station as well. If you drive, there is a free apply municipal parking lot downstairs.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared.
Rent is $690 monthly, deposit is $812.5. utilities included!
