I am looking for a female roommate to move in August 1st, if move in earlier than August 1st, pay pro-rated monthly rent.
The room is 200 sq feet, very Sunny and overlooks our charming downtown Mapelwood village. Very conveniently located to the NJ train station as well. If you have a car, the town offers a free permit for overnight parking (parking lot) downstairs which is ideal for 9-5 workers.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared. Coin operated laundry machines are in the sister building.
Rent is $800 monthly, deposit is $800, utilities excluded (share PSE&G and WIFI bill).
