Share 2BR apartment in Maplewood (private bathrm)

Housemate is moving out and I need someone (preferably female) to share rent/utilities on entire second floor of 3-story house. One small bedroom and larger room that was living room but could be bedroom if you prefer (open to hallway). 2 full bathrooms in apartment so you do not need to share, but kitchen is shared.
Please be relatively quiet and responsible, clean up after yourself and respectful of shared living space. No parties and very limited guests. I work full-time and need it to be quiet at night.
Nice neighborhood (College Hill) close to bus routes and small stores. One off-street parking spot included. Heat/hot water included in rent amount. Electricity and wifi will be split with other tenant (me).
Landlord requires background check and does not allow pets.
